Micro Drawing
For this assignment, we had to do a micro drawing of cells and other things under a microscope. We had to do use a compositional model for the theme of the art. We used watercolor pencils which is just watercolor paint in a pencil. I labeled most of the microorganisms on the back of the paper, some didn't say what they were. I used sumi ink to make the circles look like they're floating down the blood vein I made as the background.
I really liked this assignment, the paper was excellent and I loved the pencils and how they worked with the paper.
Very cool. I like the "circular" comp model you chose too. I'm glad you like the pencils. You'll have to post more works here that you create!
